Recorded at Shane's home studios, at the time in El Cerrito, CA continually upgrading my knowledge and my studio in the arts of music and recording.

This album ranges from heavy to ambient, sprawling guitars to techno whirlpools. Influenced heavily by bands like King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Miles Davis. I think I was listening to a lot of Shpongle / Hallucinogen at the time, too.

Though I've now moved onto Logic 7 Pro, this album was recorded at Shane's home studio in El Cerrito from 2001 - 2003. This album was tracked and mixed with the Ramsa DA-7 mixer, Pro Tools 5 & Mac OS9. Various plugins were used, but a lot of the overall sound came from the DA-7.

This personnel for this album consisted of a quartet: Shane Otis - guitar, vocals, keyboards, samples, production; Jim Jeha - live electronic drumming; Carl Stanley - bass guitar; Moog bassline via laptop on "Psychedelic Shuffle". Lawrence Hoffman - keyboards.

The artwork was created by Lisa Rasmussen. I liked her artwork and she is a friend of mine and she agreed to let us use some of her cool art.
